The Board may form a sub-committee as necessary, with the involvement of experts related to various subjects, service providers and consumers, in order to carry out its duties smoothly.
(2) The work, duties, rights and privileges of the members of the sub-committee constituted as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
